MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission at Paul Cummings Law is to provide the same detailed professional legal services that large firms provide at a more reasonable cost. We seek to provide one-on-one relationships with our clients, a family-friendly atmosphere, clear lines of communication, and hopefully make the experience as stress-free as possible. We focus on all areas of employment and labor law with an emphasis toward employees who have been discriminated against. That being said, I have twenty-three plus years of experience representing clients with personal injuries, business issues, and estate planning/probate.

Meet Paul Cummings Law
I was born and raised in Southport, Indiana, and a proud graduate of Southport High School. I later graduated with distinction from Kelley School of Business before resuming my studies at Indiana University McKinney School of Law. I am a member of Greenwood Christian Church, volunteer for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, and on the Board of Directors for the Aeronautical Center of Technology located at the Greenwood Airport.
My focus is on labor and employment law, though I have years of experience in personal injury, business law, and estate and probate matters. I have been representing clients throughout the state of Indiana for twenty-three years.
I am currently admitted to the Southern and Northern District Courts in Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
I strive to zealously represent my clients under all circumstances in order to achieve the best possible outcome, whether through negotiation, litigation or settlement.
